Erica believes clients should be in their overall best condition. ISSA Certified since 2008 she has trained people from all different walks of life. She has helped them achieve a wide array of fitness goals, from weight reduction, to increasing lean muscle mass, as well as athletic training. Erica is a former Track and Field athlete from the University of Illinois at Chicago, competing in all sprints and the long jump. Fitness is and will always be a part of her life; and her goal is to share that with anyone who can benefit.
Fun Fact: Erica is also a mommy who enjoys helping other moms find ways to incorporate exercise into their hectic schedules. It CAN be done!
