About:
Jen, a multi-sport athlete and former All-American in soccer, has over five years of training experience. Having endured ACL reconstructions on both knees, Jen specializes in lower body conditioning and rehabilitation of the knees, hips, and ankles. She has received instruction from the Children's Memorial Hospital Institute for Sports Medicine in the Knee Injury Prevention Program, which helps female high school athletes prevent ACL injuries. In addition to soccer, Jen also enjoys playing baseball, golf, and working with all types of athletes to improve their sports performance.

Exercise enhances every aspect of physical and mental well-being. It not only feels good but also reduces the risk of developing lifestyle related diseases such as stroke, heart attack, and diabetes. Regular exercise is vital to ensuring that our bodies perform their best. Jen has worked with people of all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes. She works with her clients to establish realistic and attainable goals so that a higher level of fitness is achieved. She challenges clients to put forth their best efforts in a fun and safe environment.
