In-Studio Personal Training

Train one-on-one in our studio. First session is FREE! Ask about our package deals.
Single sessions start at $70 for individuals. Reduced rates available for older adults and students.

Partner Training Sessions

Feed off the energy of another with our Partner Personal Training sessions. Grab a friend, head to the studio, and get to work! Partner sessions start at $45 per individual..

Small Group Personal Training

Try our cost-efficient group training! Save up to 50% on the cost per session when working with up to 6 of your friends! Group sessions start at $25 per person.

In-Home Personal Training

These sessions are performed in the privacy of your home or office with your Evolution Personal Trainer. No equipment? No problem! Our trainers will bring the tools you need to get started on your evolution. In-home sessions start at $85 each.

Evolution Boot Camp

Combine the benefits of one on one training with the energy and motivation of training with a group of others like you. Our Boot Camp will increase cardiovascular endurance and help build lean muscle. Check schedule for dates. $20 per session

Group Fitness Classes

Our classes are led by certified personal trainers, not group exersice instructors. Please check our Group Fitness page for schedules and updates. Sessions start at $20 per class.

Other Services

Evolution Personal Training also provides nutritional counseling and diet planning, sports conditioning training and local grocery tours. Schedule a free consultation with one of our trainers. Before beginning any exercise or diet plan, consult your doctor or physician.
