Understanding the feeling of being lost in the fitness and nutrition world, Angela decided to pursue her NASM personal training certification, BS in nutrition and dietetics, and most recently, completed her 500 hour yoga teacher training. Angela has dedicated her life to fitness and the progress of others.

Striving for excellent service, Angela provides each client with a personalized program, nutrition advisement, and advice on how to maximize one's potential in achieving their goals. Building personal relationships where each client is comfortable and confident is Angela's priority.
