Typical downtime scene at work, coach Nick on our slackline.
We're taking pre-orders for our newly designed full zip hoodies.
East meets West tonight as Macho Man Randy Savage hit the elbow drop from the top rope to pin the Green Ranger (1, 2, 3!) and retain his championship belt!
Wake up sets on squat day; 385lbs for a double under the watchful eye of the Green Ranger.
Incorporating ropes into a strength session. Zeroing in on those stabilizer muscles to build a strong overhead lockout position.
A look at coach Mike as he pulls 405lbs from a 2 in deficit. Making sure he's structurally sound at the different points of the lift (setup, just off the floor, just below knee, 3/4 to lockout, final lockout); and paying attention to the path of the bar as it travels vertically.
We take pride in providing our members, clients, and guests the best training experience possible. Barbells are often an overlooked/neglected asset to any gym. During routine maintenance, the sleeves of our barbells are given a dose of @barshieldusa lubricant to make sure the intricate parts are moving smoothly/freely. After the residue on knurling is removed it's given another coat of lubricant to soak in. Each bar is finished with a penetration oil that removes/prevents rust.
It's important to go the extra mile to take care of your investments. Huge thanks to our friends at @barshieldusa for helping us keep our barbells clean, rust free, and free spinning.
Sneak peak into coach Nicks training. Using an explosive squat jump from the knees and a reaction ball; he trains both power/speed with a hip drive and improves his reaction time. All components required by an athlete of any sport.
100ft battle rope arrived. Next level conditioning rope drills. We're holding a clinic Saturday October 28th from 2-4pm open to local fitness pros looking to improve their battle rope training skills.
Evo trainer John wearing our "Evofit" Ts and his favorite @reppinchiathletics flatbill. He's having fun furthering his career here as a personal trainer and brand ambassador.
Good looking racks. Knees/hips extended, elbows heavy into the belly/hips, arms/shoulders relaxed. Vertical set up to deliver as much power as possible to send those bells overhead.
