Division 3 basketball kept Lauren in shape throughout her college years, but shortly after graduating she struggled to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and in turn, gained a large amount of weight. Eventually, Lauren became determined to make changes to lead a healthier life. Through dedication and persistence, she was able to shed 60 pounds. This experience inspired Lauren to become a personal trainer so she could share what she learned during her weight loss journey. She feels she can use her personal experiences and struggles to help relate to the issues clients might face while achieving their health, fitness, and body weight goals.
