Lisa Wilder is certified in Pre and Post-Natal Group Fitness. She has been instructing Stroller Strides and Body Back classes since May of 2013 and teaching Body Back at Evolution Fitness since September 2014. Body Back is offered as a session several times a year and on a membership basis.

Body Back classes offer HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts for moms-only! Classes combine intervals of cardio, strength and core to work the areas that moms need it the most. For Body Back we offer two different options- a results based 8-week session called Transformation, or on-going BOOST classes that are just the workouts. All classes meet together in one group. Body Back Transformation is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! With daily coaching from your instructor, a meal plan and food journal, group support and interaction, moms have a surefire combination for success. Transformation Sessions are offered 4 times throughout the year.
