Michael has been helping clients achieve a higher level of fitness since 2004. As one of the highest revenue generating trainers for a large heath club, Michael realized that there is more to life than the bottom line. He decided to move away from the arena of the "big box" gym to build a facility devoted to working with individuals. He opened Evolution Personal Training April 2009.

Discipline, drive, and determination are the cornerstones of his exercise philosophy. Sessions with Michael include strength training, cardio conditioning, power movements, and functional training.
