Robert took an interest in fitness at a young age when he joined a local gym and learned the dos and don'ts of exercise first hand. He was a multi-sport athlete growing up and later went on to wrestle in college. It was there where he dove deeper into the biomechanics of the human body and the foundation of exercise as he completed his personal trainer certification. After college he began personal training and helping others live a fit and healthy lifestyle. When training with Rob expect a fun, exciting, motivation filled workout!!
